MDV + GFP Flipped

MDV regions upstream and downstream (Part:BBa_K3258015 and Part:BBa_K3258016) of GFP flipped (Part:BBa_K3258031), to allow the detection of whether or not Qbeta is present in the system and functioning in the system. If Qbeta is present and functioning, it will result in the production of sense RNA copies of the GFP gene, resulting in fluorescence, whereas if there is no Qbeta present, no fluorescence will be produced since only antisense nonsense RNA flipped versions of the GFP gene will be available.
